Hi Chris,
My mother inlaw was a PASSARELLI.
Her name was Ginevra Giuseppa PASSARELLI, born 16 june 1898 in Alfedena. She came to the USA in 1920 and married (my father in law)Zopito ACERBO, they had 5 children, she died in Port Chester, N.Y. 1e of May
1971.
Her parents were Antonio PASSARELLI and Maria Carmela SPADA.
Antonio was born 19 March 1859 in Alfedena and died of a heartattack at the 19th july 1915 in Alfedena.
Maria Carmela was born after 1862 and died in Alfedena 06 August (1933?)
Antonio's parents were Pietromartire PASSARELLI & Maria BELLI
The parents of Maria Carmela were Giuseppe SPADA & Filomena BRUNETTI
Ginevra Giuseppa had the follwing brothers and sisters:
Marietta (Mary?)X Eugenio PASSARELLI (no fam. to each other!)
Peter X Josephine CARBONE
Lena X Joe CAMPAGNA
Ada X Romalo VALENTINE
Umberto X Zia Maria CAPPALLETTI
On my visit to Alfedena in 1998 I found at the cemetary the following
graves:
Cherubino PASSARELLI +/- 1856 - 20 july 1920 age 65
Giuseppe PASSARELLI 10 june 1860 - 02 dec. 1925
Preziosa SPADA & PASSARELLI one of them died 07 nov.1993 age 69
Giuseppe PASSARELLI 1875-1963
& Gnese Di PALMA 1879-1952
Vinzenzo PASSARELLI 17 july 1883 - 15 aug. 1951
In the cemetarybook I found:
Elena PASSARELLI died 29 july 1961 age 58
She was a daugther of Giuseppe PASSARELLI
