Nicloa's father was Daniel ,her mother was Antonette ? : Any info would be appreciated or were to obtain birth certificates etc If you need the certificates for citizenship, you have to request them from the municipality, clearly stating that they are needed for that purpose. If you instead need them to reconstruct your family history, Lettomanoppello is available in the archive up to 1928, though some years of birth are missing around 1870. All the Civil Records books are now kept in the State Archive in Pescara, a very modern, comfortable building near the harbor, with friendly and clever staff. There you can request up to ten years on each session, and they will make photocopies of all the acts you need, so with 3-4 mornings you will probably know everything that can be obtained from those books. Alternatively you can proceed in the same way on the microfilms in the LDS Family Centers, or engage a researcher to do that for you. Follow Ups:
