: My mothers family also comes from Pizzone. My wife and I spent this last Christmas in our family's home there.
: If you have never been, I urge you to go, it is a really pretty place, very old and full of fascinating nooks and crannys. There are currently just over two hundred people who live there now and since the earthquake in the 80's and a lot of people have left, it's mostly older people and the place seems kind of like a ghost town, but you should go if you havent.
