hello Aimee, our researcher from from Abruzzo2000 says he found both Eustachio's marriage and his birth act, and a number of other documents attached to the marriage, possibly you did not receive the email informing you of the results. Why do you think Vincenzo Lombardi came from Milan? The Lombardi surname may have appeared in Abruzzo since 1400-1500, when maestranze (construction workers and enterpreneurs) came from Lombardy, and might also be derived form the "Longobardi", the population that invaded here in about 600 AD.
Contact us if you still need the acts. Also, in one act (1893, death act for Maria Rischitelli, at 35 years old) a "Carmine Lombardi" is mentioned as a declarer, from the age he may have been a brother to Vincenzo - Ant if you go to
