I would suggest staying at Il Monastero it is very nice. Are you driving or taking the train? If you are taking the train be aware the town is 10 miles away. You will need transportation, taxi. I know there is a man in town Pietro Como who is retired and does taxi work for extra cash. Renting a car may be better because you can drive around surroudning cities. There aren't a lot of sights, like rome and venice, but if you have a car you can drive around and see the beauty of the area. I would check Abruzzo 2000 for suggestions. Follow Ups:
