They settled in Little Italy, Ancoats, Manchester where upon he had a family. Sometime later, he re-married, so there are two blood lines from different wives. The Cuppello's in Manchester are from his sons and from their sons and daughters. I am 40 years old, my father is John Cuppello, son of John Cuppello, one of his sons, there was a big falling out in the family, many, many years ago, hence such a small number of related people in Manchester never meeting, and that is a simplified version of what I know.
