: : Hi
: : I lsaw your messages on the posting.
: : Yes, San Prisco Italy is a small town in Campagna, in the province of Caserta of which Naples is the capital.
: : My dad was born in San Prisco also called St. Prisco . My Grandparents immigrated here at the turn of the century. My grandfather was Raphael Iannotti and my grandmother was Catarina Abbate.
: : They also settled in New Haven. Small world.
: : I wonder if we are are retlated or if our grandparents knew each other.
: : My dad went on to become a famous boxer in New York, Joey Iannotti. He boxed four champions including Willie Pep and Harry Jeffra.
: : Please reply.
: : Ralph Iannotti: : : : Hi, I was cruising genealogy sites looking for any info on San Prisco, Italy from where my grandfather, Giusseppe d'Addio (Daddio; D'Addio) and his brother/cousin, Giovanni d'Addio (Daddio, D'Addio)immigrated in 1901-2. They were born in San Prisco circa 1875 and wound up in New Haven, Ct. and Meadville, Pennsylvania.

: : : : : : San Prisco was a small village, I understand, where everyone knew everyone else. Any info for me? Thanks.

: : : : : : Auguri,

: : : : : : Michael d'Addio
: : : : : : Beverly Hills, California

: : : : This is not much to go on but my husband's great grandfather Bldassarre Peccerillo was from San Prisco, immigrated in 1891, moved to New Haven where he lived until his death in 1931. My husband, father-in-law and my sons will be visiting there, briefly, in July. There are still many d'Addio's here in New Haven
