Subject: looking for De Nardis family
My name is Mark De Nardis. I am 28 years old. I live in Guelph, Ontario, Canada.
I am planning a trip to Abbruzzo in the fall of 2001. I would love to contact any family there.
I've done a little research and here's a short version of what I've found:
My great grandfather was Nicolo De Nardis (born 08/24/1888) who came here around 1915.
He was married toChristina De Luca. His father was Liberato, born in 1860.
The family is originally from San Vito Chietino in the
province of Chieti but there also appears to be some roots in Rocca San Giovanni.
I would really appreciate any information on De Nardis' still living in these areas (or anywhere
else for that matter).
