I've been looking for Rosalia Ciarrocchi (may also be spelled Cherrocchi...I've seen it both ways). Her Ellis Island file listed her as Giarrocchi. Her mother's name was Teresa Piconelli and her father ...according to the Ellis Island file was Emmidio or Ermidio...it's hard to read. Rosalia was born May 10, 1869 probably in Sant'Omero Terme, Italy. She married Antonio Sgattoni and they eventually and separately came to America. I see that you have had some contacts in your search...can you help me or share the e-mail addresses of those other postings that have Ciarrocchi info? Thanks...Albert Follow Ups:
