Subject: orphanage in Atri
Ciao Anna, I am also from Atri. I was born in 1948 and
came to the US in 1955. I go to Atri almost every year
and brothers and sisters there. The priests names that
come to mind are Don Bruno and Don Peppe. If you like,
I will be more than glad to find out more info. Don
Bruno gave me my First Communion and Don Peppe's father
was a close friend of my Dad since they were both
carpenters. There were two orphanages, one on Via Pietro Baiocchi (Riccicondi) the other located on via
Adriano?? near the Cattedrale di Santa Maria on the
road going to the Capucini. Would love to hear from you.
