I just recently received an Amatangelo family history back to Emanuele Amatangelo born in 1785, Rocca Vallescura (I don't know if they emigrated or the name was changed to Rocca Pia). According to this genealogy he is Bonifazio's grandfather. Bonfazio is the son of Venanzio born May 18, 1819. My great grandfather Fiorenzo would have been a first cousin to Bonfazio.
