Her father, Raphael, wife Maria Theresa Dellapenta Olivieri and his mother Nicholangela left Compobasso or Compochairo in Abruzzi and settled in Endicott New York but may have lived in Connecticut first. They had relatives in Toronto who they visited. Raphael was born around 1882 and died in 1972.
