: : : I am looking for infomration about the Tiberio family from Introdaqua. My great-grandfather was Giuseppe Tiberio... his parents were Raffaele Tiberio and Concetta Susi.: I believe Giuseppe and his wife, Lucia (Bevelaqua) moved to the U.S. somewhere around 1915 and settled near Boston, MA.: If you can help me trace my roots even further, I'd appreciate it.: Thank you in advance,: Nicole Hi Nicole, My dad is Giuseppe Tiberi from Introdaqua, Italy. He was named after his grandfather Giuseppe Tiberi. The family name used to be Tiberio but was changed to Tiberi in the 1800's. He said there is a lot of Tiberi's in the Boston area. Take Care.: Dear Tania: My Grandmother was a Ventresca from Introdacqua. One of her sisters, Maria Teresa, married a Tiberio although I don't know his first name. They had at least one child that I remember, Teresa who may or may not be still alive. The 1915 time frame sounds about right.: Also, I have been in e-mail contact with a man in Philadelphia (I think) who was looking for Susis (among others) from Introdacqua. If you would like to e-mail me privately I'll give you his e-address. He had three family names that matched some of mine, so maybe we're ALL cousins!: Christine Fabrizio, Burlington MA: Hi Christine, Victor Bevilacqua My Grandmothers name was Adelia Tiberio came to this country sometime 1912 Grandfather Pasquale Bevilacqua Lived in Prov, R.I. I hope this helps you in any way, if so E mail me. Thanks Vic.
