Subject:   Research in Castel di Sangro

I have mailed 3 times the Comune of Castel di Sangro for my CINCIONE Vincenzo, my grandfather,
birth certificate and only had aresponse the first time stating they needed dates and parents names as there were other
C. V's. So after I had them I sent it but didn't get a reply. It has been over 1 year and a half since I last heard from Castel di Sangro;
not normal? Or I am too impatient? Has anybody experience similar problems? What to do about it?
