In the year 2000, we travelled there in search of relatives that we had never met and found them just by chance. It is possible that one of the relatives you are trying to locate was instrumental in helping us to find our family that day that we were in Scanno in July, 2000. We went straight to the tourism office in Scanno upon our arrival and we had a list of names with us that we showed to the woman who worked there. One of the names on our list was a friend of my grandmother's and her name, I believe was Maria Fusco. The woman in the tourim office told us that Maria Fusco was her aunt and that she had known my grandmother's family and then directed us to where we met our cousins for the very first time.
