My great grandfather, Floro Miraldi, his brothers, Anthony, Giancinto, and James came from Montenero to Lorain, Ohio in the early 1900's. We have relatives of the names you are researching in the Ohio area. I've been to Montenero and have visited the masoleums with all of those Montenese names on them. I have a family tree with many of those names as well. A cousin of mine, Anthony Miraldi lives in Montenero and could likely give your a whole history on the town and the names you've mentioned.
