Subject:   Petrucci and D'Amico in Ortucchio

Angelo PETRUCCI, born 1893 in Ortucchio, son of Julius, emigrated from Ortucchio to Pennsylvania, USA in 1912. He married Nienza D'AMICO, daughter of Antonio and Rosetta, who had been neighbors of the Petruccis in Ortucchio before emigrating earlier to Pennsylvania. The marriage of Angelo and Nienza had been pre-arranged between the two families.

Angelo's father Julius and some of his immediate family were killed in the earthquake of 1915. However, I see there are many persons of the Petrucci and D'Amico name living today in Ortucchio and surrounding areas.

I represent Julius Joseph "JJ" Petrucci, son of Angelo and Nienza. JJ lives today in Vidor, Texas, USA, and would like to locate and correspond with cousins in Ortucchio and elsewhere in Italy and to exchange family information.
