(Anthony and Filomena Donatelli...her maiden name was D'Ascenzo, and her mother's was Antonia (Antoinette) LeDonne.) Familiar to anyone? : Thanks, Thank you for your post. Perhaps there is a link for both of us. My mother's father, (Angelo D'Ascenzo) came from Ateleta in the very early 1900's, and with the help of a brother already in the US, (in Pittsburg), settled finally in Minneapolis. angelo had two daughters: Angelina Antoinetta and Yolanda Violetta. My mother remembers the Donatelli's name, from her father, as either relatives or friends from Ateleta, and the Crucianni's (were my mother's godparents in Minneapolis). Apparently the first woman city councilperson in Pittsburg was related to the D'ascenzo's (by marriage I think). Have more to share. Nice to meet you. Diana (Angelo's granddaughter)
