I would like to know more about your family ties in Ateleta. My grnadmother's family name was Donatelli. She passed away more than 30 years ago, but I still remember her well. She had light brown, almost blond hair, and big green eyes, and cooked like a nonni should! She only spoke in italian to me and my mother. Unfortunately, I only remember a few words, although my mother spoke fluently. She is now very old herself and no one is around to speak in italian with her. The only Danotelli family member that I know who are living in the Chicago area now are my second cousins and their children: Richard and Carol, Rosemary, Tony and his wife, and Jimmy and his family.
