Posted by thinkfirst1- AT - home  -- NAME: diana on 06/23/01 at 8:05 PM Subject:   papa from Ateleta, Abruzzi, then Pennsylvania and would like to find my Italian relatives both here in the US and in Italy, and I believe in Argentina. My dad's name was Angelo D'ascenzo (or Dascenzo), born 3-27-1886, he emigrated to US aropund 1902 to be with his brother in Pennsylvania, (Pittsburgh or Phili???), and the other brother went to Buenos Aries(?), I think. My uncle, (don't remember first names) in Pittsburgh or Phili had a son who's wife became the first woman to hold a city council position, I guess. Please let me know if anyone in Pennsylvania links up with this...I would be so happy to know my dad's family better. The Pennsylvania people also worked in the stained glass field. Graci.
