I don't recognize any of that other than the Brooklyn, NY. I married a Battista and am trying to research that side of the family for my son. My husbands name is Gary David Battista Jr. His fathers name is Gary David Battista Sr. and his mom's name is Carmen Catolanno (not sure on the spelling). His paternal grandparents are Donato(Daniel) Battista and Ethel (don't know maiden name) Battista. His maternal grandparents names were Rocky Catallano, and Anna (don't know maiden name) Catallano. It is my understanding that either my husbands parents or their parents are first generation in the U.S. the rest are from Italy. If any of this fits into what you have please let me know. : Beth Ann, My Grandmothers maiden name was Battista. She came from Campbasso Italy in 1913 with her mother Angelina Saltarini Battista. Her father, Sabato Battista came three years earlier in 1910. They lived in Terrytown NY. Sabato died on October 31, 1932, but I cannot find any death records on him (I was trying to get his death certificate). Angelina died on January 6, 1965, in Yonkers Professional Hospital. Giovannina Battista Godin died in Tampa Florida on May 31, 1993. (She was my grandmother). In all Sabato and Angelina had 9 children: Caroline - died at age 2, Tony - died at age 4, Giovannina, Carol, Macie, Benjamin, Viola, Carmella, and Antionette.
