Posted by auntcappymac  --  NAME: Kay McGill on 10/30/02 at 2:42 PM Subject:   Yusi, Yuse, Iusi My grandparents were Francesco Iuse (Yusi) and his wife Maria Scarpelli. Francesco's parents were Rosario Iusi and and Carmena (?) Arturi. Francesco was born Sept. 20, 1868 or 1858 and died in Cleveland OH Sept. 21, 1928. They came to America sometime in the 1890's. Family members have told me they were from Cosenza, Calabria. I know that Francesco had relatives and siblings, but I haven't found any other information. My grandfather was born in Italy, Anthony Iusi or Yusi and he changed his name but I have no birth certificate for him. If you have any information, please let me know!!! Thanks for writing.
