Subject:   Paolini and Marini in Giuliano Teatino

My parents will be traveling with my wife and I to Rome in early October, 2001. We will be spending a day in Chieti and would love to meet our relatives in Giuliano Teatino. My grandfather was Nicola Paolini. He was born June 20, 1903. His father was Mauro Paolini and his mother was Filomena Marini. Nick came to the US in 1920, married Fiorina Fortino and settled in Reading, PA. He had three brothers. Two of them, John and Anthony, also came to America settled in Reading, PA. The third brother, Roque, emigrated to Argentina. His last known address was Calle Ford 1529, Buenos Aries. Nick also had a sister Filomena who remained in Italy. I do not know her married surname.
