"Laci's Father Tells All - How he knows Scott Peterson is the coldblooded killer of his daughter and grandson"

"I looked deep into his eyes. They were cold, dark and deadly - he gave me a look that was pure evil." That's how Dennis Rocha described Scott after a meeting with him after Laci disappeared. It was then he believed that Scott had killed Laci and baby Connor. He said that Scott knew that he knew what he had done.

He is so distraught he finds himself crying uncontrollably at times.

He asked Scott for a meeting on Dec. 26. When he saw Scott his blood ran cold and his suspicions were confirmed. His gut instinct told him something was not right with Scott. He said he wanted to talk to Scott man to man because things just weren't adding up. Dennis met Scott at the Peterson home outside. He said he never trusted Scott from the beginning and felt he was hiding a deep, dark secret.

He did not shake Scott's hand. Dennis said he just wanted to talk to Scott. He was told to wait inside in the living room while Scott finished talking to some other people. Dennis could feel he was not wanted. He decided to wait a few minutes. They stared at each other for a moment and Dennis says it sent a chill right through him and he felt sick. No warmth came from Scott. No emotion no nothing. They only looked at each other for a few seconds but that was long enough for Dennis to see what was in Scott's head.

Dennis waited and waited. But Scott did not come back. Dennis went outside to look for him. He had left the house without speaking to Dennis. That was a sign to Dennis that Scott did not care at all about the disappearance of his wife and unborn son. Dennis says his instinct told him that Scott was a monster. He wished he had punched him then but he missed his chance.

He thinks there was a fierce fight over Scott's affair. He thinks Laci may have found some romantic letters and it devastated Laci because she had always wanted the perfect marriage and family life. He thinks maybe Amber had called the house.

He says that Laci would not have stayed in a marriage with a cheating spouse. She would have left rather than stay with a liar. Dennis thinks Laci may have told Scott that she would stay until after Christmas or after the birth but then she would be leaving him. That would have not set well with Scott because it would impede on the lavish lifestyle he craved because he would have had to pay alimony, child support and divide the marital assets 50-50. Dennis says Scott lived way beyond his means.

Dennis says he's sure that Scott never showed any kind of affection at all. He didn't seem like a warm person. He hardly ever saw Scott hug or kiss Laci.

Dennis says his greatest fear is that they will never know the truth about what happened. Because he says one witness is lying and one is dead.
