He married Dolorata Canzona who also was born around the same time in Abruzzo and came to America a little later. Does this connect with anyone? Does San Polo Matese (spelling is wrong, I am sure) ring a bell for any Canzonas? I believe that is where my grandmother was born. Just trying to connect.
