Subject: Apartment in Teramo - December
Hi to everyone. I have dual citizenship - American/Italian. I am moving to Teramo, Abruzzo on December 3. I would like to rent (on a permanent basis), a small, furnished apartment in Teramo. Ideally, it should have one living room, one bedroom, one bathroom, one kitchen and furniture. It should be located in Centro and in a quiet area and close to public transportation. For health reasons, I would like to sleep North or East. The rent (including any condo fees) should be under $450 US dollars. I have a cat. He is 11 years old and has been with me since he was a kitten. He is trained and has never caused any damage. Please contact me as soon as possible. I will be moving to Italy in less than two months. I would like to have a place in Italy ready to move into when I arrive.
