I would like to thank Lodovico Emilio Serrano and his staff at the Comune di Castelli for registering my family documents in the Comune and recognizing me as an Italian Citizen born in Wilmington, Delaware, USA (second generation). I am so proud and happy to have the Italian passport. I will be visiting Castelli and all my cousins in Teramo (Merlini's, Maiorini's, DiEleuterio's, Rapauno's) for Christmas.
