Her parents Leo and Amelia Capatosto were born in Sperlonga, Italy. Leo was born in 1902. His father was Francesco Capotosto and his mother was Francesca Trani. Leo has two brothers Dominick and Joseph now living in NY. I believe he had three sisters Sandrena, Filomena and America. America lives in Staten Island, NY. The others have passed. The Capotosto family still live in Sperlonga. They also married into the Battista family in Sperlonga. Marie Capotosto married Luigi Battista. They had 8 or 9 children. Therefore, the Battista's in Sperlonga are mostly from the Capotosto line. Karen Follow Ups:
