He was born in 1899. He later moved to Chicago. His cousin Alfonso lived in Lorraine and was married to Clementina. Could this be your great-grandfather? Or perhaps great uncle? I also recall meeting an Elizabetta in Montenero in a trip there in 1989. I am not sure what relatives are left in Erie. The only one that I'm aware of is an elderly woman, Ercilia DiNicola, who is in her nineties and lives in a nursing home. My second cousin, Giulio DiNicola, lives in the Chicago area and still has two sisters in Montenero: Innocenza and Santa. I will let you know what I find out about them.
