: Manna family in Pomigliano. Can anyone help me find my grandfather Louie's history. My father's grandmother was Carmina Manna married to Antonio Iorio sometime between 1945-1960. My father also discovered he had cousins Manna living in Brooklyn. There are records of Manna's in the familysearch.org database up to about 1860 giving Acerra as the city. I found most of my Pomigliana families in there. I guess Acerra was the "recordkeeper" town. Unfortunately from what I understand the Napoleonic recordkeeping died out about 1860 or the LDS have not retrieved those records yet because it all comes to a dead end about 1860. If you find anything please let me know as I'd love to know more about my great grandmother.
