Colianni (Colaianni) on 01/16/02 at 11:11 PM Subject:   Family of COLAIANNI / COLIANNI in San Pietro Avellana Refreshing my research on my grandfather, Pietro (Peter) Colaianni (b: Dec 27, 1893)- from San Pietro Avellana, Italy. Peter came to America in 1910, settled in Minnesota. Peter's brother Giuseppe (Joseph) also came to America, not sure of the year, settled in Chicago area. Parents were Domenico and Maria, they stayed in San Pietro. Have a photo of Peter in an Italian military uniform and family photo from San Pietro. Does anyone have any connections or info to share?
