Subject:   RELATIVE OF PLACENTRA'S

MY father came to this country and settled in Philadelphia circa 1902 .Latter on his brother came circa 1912.My father told me as a child that he had another brother named Francesco who my oldest sister was named after.Speaking to long lost relatives they say there were only two sons sired by my grandfather(my father's father).My father was born in Macchia in Campobasso Molise in 1883.How can I find if there ever was a Francesco.Please help.
