I allways kept the dialect because it was the language of a worker of the land and not the safisticated Italian language, in other words it was my Mother's language. It is a very lovely way of expressing one self. If you want to get a feeling of the actual thing there are some beautiful Poems written TOMMASO GIULIANTE in such a language and you can find it by : Go on the NET,Google,Raccolta di poesie in dialetto,tempe perse.
