They are from Mutignano (Pineto) Italy. There are many Costantini in Italy today over 7500 families. There are over 800 in Abruzzo alone. My ancestors are circa 1735 and earlier. If your grandfather came from Mutignano or nearby let me know and I can supply more details. I do not have much.
