Are there any restaurants in your city that would give a cooking class and or cooking demonstration to 15-20 people.. Then serve what they made to all the People (the restaurant would know in advance how many people were coming and could prepare). There would be a different wine with each course and there would be 4 or 5 courses. I am thinking of planning a trip to Italy for FOODIES who would visit various cities and go either a lunch or dinner like this. This would be good for a restaurant for an off night when they weren’t so busy. Do you know restaurant or chef who would be interested in that? Or a food factory or vineyard where we could learn about the product, taste it and buy some for bringing back to US as presents.
