Our last name is certainly uncommon. I come from a branch of the family which emigrated to New York City, Brooklyn specifically in about 1930. There was a Filomena in the family but I do not remember her. My father's name is Martin (Martino), grandfather Migele (Michael) actually my grandmother was Anna DeLeonibus (a DeLeonibus by marriage) I wonder if her middle name was Filomena? I don't know. There's a Patsy DeLEonibus, and Vito, his wife could have been Filomena. Hmmmm wish I could remember their names. Vito is deceased he must have been born in 1900 or thereabouts. Well... contact me directly and we'll continue this lineage search. Thanks.
