Dear Bella,
the problem you are finding is connected to the spelling, which is Rainaldi. There is one Rainaldi family today in Capestrano, you can get their address from the Italian white pages at http://www.paginebianche.it/pbol/home/index.html - and they are in our opinion 99% related to your ancestor.
The surname was already in Capestrano in 1753, as we checked in our records.
The Rainaldi surname is not uncommon in Abruzzo, and a Rainaldo was one of the Marsi Counts in the 11th century.
This does not mean that you are related necessarily to this ancient family, but just to show that the surname does not come from the Netherlands.
The ethimology is German.
