My relatives surname are Gaspari and Di Francesco. My mother's maiden name was Marisi and her mother's name was Di Francesco. My grandmother Antoinette Di Francesco married Pompeo Marisi. I also have an uncle in New York (my mother's brother). His name is James Marisi. My father's mother's maiden name was Gaspari. Her name was Concetta Gaspari and both families were from Gissi. My father has two sisters who live in Argentina, but I have no idea what their names are. My parents immigrated to New York in the mid 40's. My uncle and cousins still live in New York. It is my understanding that I still have relatives in Gissi, but I have no knowledge of them. I don't know if this information will help at all...but perhaps it will give you another direction in which to search. Follow Ups:
