My name is Tomassi, but I have heard that sometimes the names changed. My grandfather's family came from Cassino or San Michele to be excact, about 10 miles out in the hills. His name was Pasquale, his fathers name was Antonio. Pasquale had sisters, who remained in Italy. I do not know if Antonio had any siblings but would be surprised if he did'nt.
Pasquale came to England around the turn of the century, he sold ice cream from a barrow in the Durham area.
