I understand he had brothers, but I don't know their names. It is our understanding that the family originated in England and that our name was originally Norris. However when he settled in the Naples area the founding father changed his name to Nori, to make it more lyrical. All Italian names have meaning--Nori is just phonetic. Follow Ups:
