Subject: Looking for family Giananti from Carrara or D'Amato from Naples
I am most wanting to locate any possible relatives with the surname Giananti or D'Amato. My father's name was Peter J. D'Amato and my grandfather was Frank D'Amato his wife was Aquina
and my mother's name was Rina Giananti her father was Andrew Giananti and his father owned a marble mountain
in Carara ,I believe, and lost it in a gambling bet.His wife's name was Ugolini. My mother's grandfather ...Giananti
came to America and his wife and two daughters took a wrong ship later and ended up in South America..Argentina I believe. They were never reunited. If anyone ever heard this kind of story in their family maybe we are family. Please email me at 2blavender- AT - charter.net
