My Greatgrandfathers last name was Dellaloggia. I have never seen anyone with a name as similar. Because they couldnt really speak english or spell thats the way I assumed it was spelled. I never even considered two L's the way yours is. My great grandfather was named Carmen (sometimes written as Carmine) and he came to America in May of 1912 via Ellis Island from Betritto Italy.
