Terranova is a frazione of Roccamontepiano (not far from Chieti, and this is the only Terranova we found in Abruzzo. There are also however two more Terranova in molise (which until the 1960's was one region with Abruzzo), one in the municipality of Baranello (Province Campobasso) and theother in the municipality of Frosolone (province Isernia). In none of these places there is presently the surname "Bruni", but if you have the surname also of your maternal grandmother you may narrow the research.
