My grandfather, Pietro DeLaurenti[i]s was a nephew of Nicola according to the passenger manifest at NARA. He moved from Philly to Greenville, Pa. where he married and produced 5 children. We were always told the double i in the last name was a mistake made by an immigration official. Follow Ups:
