Posted by jonickchelmis- AT - shaw  --  NAME: Johanna Ruocco on 08/22/02 at 12:10 PM Subject:   Teti / Di Cino I am trying to find any information on any relatives of my great grandparents, Angelo Teti (born 1872) and his wife Sabina(?) Di Cino (born circ.1874) from this area in Italy. They emmigrated early 1890's to Vancouver Island, Canada to work in the Wellington Mines and from there to Vancouver, B.C. Angelo's father who remained in Italy, was rumoured to have remarried and gone to South America to live. Angelo Teti also had a brother who lived for awhile on Vancouver Island and then returned to Italy. Angelo was murdered in Vancouver in 1914. His son Fio, also born in Toriccela Peligna, was killed at Vimy Ridge, France in 1917. Sabina Teti (Nona) died in 1956.
