My name is Luciano Demattio and i live in Brazil and i discover something about my great grandfather 'cause i have a letter from Cavalese,Italy of your brother and he would like how was going here in Brazil and the letter was wrote in 1900.
My great grandfather came to Brazil in 1890(i think!!)because my grandfather born here in Sao Paulo in 1897 and before i think that he passed 6 months in Argentina. My grandfather was carpenter and another day i saw some tools made in Argentina that was from my great grandfather.
We here in Sao Paulo are the only Demattio family in all Brazil or southamerica(maybe!!!).
I hope that this help you and reply me for something.
