My name is Fabio Galli Di Matteo and I live in Zurich, Switzerland. I was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, where my family name was changed to de Matheus. My greatgrandfather Di Matteo Costantino was born in Chiauci, Isernia, and moved to Brazil in the end of the XIX century. He made his living with sugar cane and had 13 children. Most of my family lives in the area of Sao Paulo (Campinas, Itapira), but I also have contact with relatives in Philadelphia, USA (descendents od my greatgrandfather's brother Angelo who went to the USA), Toronto, Canada, and of course in Chiauci (who descend from my grandgrandfather's sister and are named Sacco). There are some Di Matteo's in the area of Zurich and I know that they are also roiginally from Molise or Abruzzo.
