My mom's family came from Pizzoli? Italy. Although American born she lived there for 5 years as a child and returns regularly....she still has many cousins there, although they now live in Rome and use the home in Pizzoli for the weekends and summer. The family last name is Pela. Her father came to America in the early 1900's (Guiseppe Pela), her mom (Anna Cianfarini) around 1926/27. Her parents separated when she was a child and she lost touch with her over the years. Most of her father's relatives who came to America stood in the metropolitan NY area and I am aware of them. Would love to hear from any Pela family members. My mom's name is also Catherine, married name Umberto. Follow Ups:
