Hi there Marcia, my name is Assunta I prefer to be called Sandy. My son, Dion brought this site 2 my attention. I was born in Torrioni 23 Aug 1959 my brother Vincent was also born there 1958. My fathers name was Carmine Iommazzo, he was the first born of nine children my mother was Maria Cipriano. We lived there as cildren to about the age of 5. We then joined my father who had left to migrate to Australia. We grew up in Adelaide S.A. I am now 44 years of age and I live in a small town in northen N.S.W. called Casino. 3 of my dad's brothers also migrated to Adelaide and r still there. They are all from Torrioni. My grandmother, Assunta has recently left Torrioni due 2 her age and lives whith her youngest daugter Silvana and her family in Citivanova but until then has spent most her live in the village of Torriono.
