Hi Nicholas, I am hoping that we may have found a connection here. My personal email is aantosca- AT - adelphia.net you may reach us there. Anyway, we too are related to a Nicola Ciampa born in Montefalcionne, Italy. I don't have the exact dates on him but I put him somewhere in the beginning of the 1800's. Maybe he had a son named Nilcola as well. I do know that he had at least one son but most likely several other children... A Giovann Battista Ciampa born in 1829-8/30/1908 and married to a Rosina. They had three children. Their names were Maria Antonia Ciampa who married a Vincenzo Iantosca (later once in america to be given the name Antosca at Ellis Island), A daughter Rosina Battista Ciampa 1882-1936 who married a Gaetano Iantosca (Vincenzo's brother), and a son Frank Ciampa that married Concetta Iantosca (Vincenzo and Gaetano's sister). Yes, three sibling Ciampa's married three sibling Iantosca's. From what I've learned it wasn't that odd as I am finding that common theme amoung the villagers. I am anxious to talk with you and hopefully we can affirm some connection. Have you ever been to Montefalcionne? We were brought up in Massachusetts but are now living in NH. I look forward to hearing from you, Ann
